Interview

If your application form is complete, it is registered and a letter of introduction is sent to you and your legal representative. You will then be invited to an interview at Ofpra in the presence of your legal representative. You will then be summoned to an interview at Ofpra in the presence of your legal representative. Your legal representative's presence is imperative: in accordance with the case law of the Conseil d'État (decision no. 488034 of 19 November 2024), if your legal representative is not present on the day of the interview, the interview will not take place and the summons will be postponed.

At the end of the examination of the application, based on your written and oral statements and the information you have attached to your application (civil status documents, medical certificate, etc.), Ofpra's decision is sent to your legal representative and a copy is sent to you personally.

If the decision is negative, you can lodge an appeal with the CNDA through your legal representative if you are still a minor, or on your own if you have reached the age of majority.
